During a free consultation, needs and skills are assessed in order to design a client-driven training program that will close the gap between current and desired skill levels, focusing on skills that are most relevant to your current business goals.

This form is then used to customize the courses: the features chosen are the features taught. Please contact me at lorrie@softwaresimplified.ca if you need a form for an earlier program version.
My training fee includes:
- Needs Assessment Consultation – to best customize the course content to suit the needs and knowledge level of staff (using Needs Analysis forms)
- On Site training – hands-on, whereby each participant has their own laptop (supplied by the client in a group setting) or a desktop if one-on-one training
- Manuals – with the option for participants to keep them
- 3-Month Post Training Support
